Vinylbilt brings state-of-the-art technology and operational excellence

Montreal, QC – April 7, 2010– Quebec-based ATIS Group announced today the acquisition of Vinylbilt Windows Systems Inc. of Vaughan, Ontario, strengthening ATIS Group’s operations and presence in Ontario. ATIS Group has now completed 13 acquisitions since 2004 and has 11 factories throughout its operations in BC, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes.

“Vinylbilt is an outstanding company that will give us a strong presence in central Canada and operational excellence that we will transfer throughout our national network,” said Robert Doyon, President, CEO and shareholder of ATIS Group. “Combined with our recent acquisition of Allsco, we now have a wealth of new products, practices and economies of scale to leverage across our fast-growing network, which we will continue to build on in the coming months.”
