Cyprium Promotes Three Team Members

We are pleased to announce the promotion of three Cyprium team members in our Cleveland office. Their experience, dedication, and work ethic demonstrate Cyprium’s core values, and we are thrilled to recognize their continued contributions to our firm.

Taylor Richard promoted to Senior Associate. Mr. Richard will play an increasing role identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities, as well as monitoring existing portfolio company investments. He joined Cyprium in 2019 as an Associate from Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Company. Mr. Richard received his Specialized Master in Finance from The Ohio State University and his B.A. in Economics and Political Science with honors from Western Kentucky University. Email

Lisa Vulic promoted to Controller.

Ms. Vulic joined Key Principal Partners in 2004 and has been an integral member of the financial and accounting team through the formation of Cyprium Partners in 2011. She is responsible for tax preparation as well as internal and external financial reporting. She will play a more prominent role in the implementation and management of the finance and accounting functions. Lisa previously worked for the accounting firms Ernst & Young and Meaden and Moore, graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Karen Heise promoted to Marketing Manager.

Ms. Heise will play an expanding role in managing the marketing and communications activities for Cyprium including the firm’s social media, digital advertising, website, press relations, and CRM system. She joined Cyprium after spending over a decade working in marketing and advertising at Wyse Advertising, Bozell, and Lintas Worldwide. Ms. Heise received her B.A. in Journalism and Advertising from The Ohio State University. Email
