Kathleen (“Kati”) is responsible for assessing and executing new investments while supporting initiatives across existing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Cyprium, Kati was an Investment Banking Analyst at MarshBerry, where she worked on sell-side M&A transactions within the insurance and financial services industries.
She received a BBA in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Management Studies from Duke University. While at Notre Dame and Duke, she was a member of the Division I women’s soccer programs.
Outside of work, Kati enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active and traveling.
