Cole Johnson
Cole is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and supporting ongoing portfolio company initiatives. He has been involved in transactions across a range of industries, including industrials, financial services and entertainment.
Before attending graduate school, Cole was an investor at Harvard Management Company, where he was a member of the team overseeing the university’s $55 billion endowment. Cole previously held roles in Citigroup’s Private Funds Group, advising on private equity secondary transactions, and the bank’s Multi-Product Trading team, trading a variety of credit products. Prior to starting his financial career at Citigroup, Cole served as First Lieutenant and Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army National Guard.
Cole holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude with a BS in finance from Penn State University.
In his free time, Cole enjoys golfing, running, skiing, reading and supporting his Penn State Nittany Lions. He resides in downtown Cleveland and serves in the US Army Reserve.
